Virginia authorities say 6-year-old intentionally shot teacher, taken into custody

A six-year-old is in custody after he allegedly intentionally shot his teacher at a Newport News, Virginia elementary school. NBC News' Erin McLaughlin reports how authorities and parents responded to the shooting that the teacher survived.
